The conference is at South Congress Hotel in Austin, TX, on December 5, 2023.
There’s no cost to attend. Live Wire is an invite-only event with limited spaces. Each invitation includes the cost of up to 2 nights accommodations as well as all onsite activities starting with dinner on December 4, and a full day on December 5 inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and a closing happy hour reception.
All Live Wire registrants will stay at South Congress Hotel, or at Colton House less than one mile away. Both hotels are less than 15 minutes by car from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Please arrange your own transportation to the hotel. Once there, we’ll take care of everything else!
Yes, your conference badge should be in the welcome kit that you’ll receive during hotel check-in. If you don’t receive it for whatever reason, please stop by the Registration Desk with your government-issued ID between 7:30-9:00am on December 5 to grab your badge and welcome kit. The Registration Desk will be just outside the entrance to the Live Wire event space at South Congress Hotel.
Austin is home to numerous award-winning restaurants, where we’ll gather as small groups. You should have a calendar invite with the location of your dinner. Each restaurant is within walking distance of your hotel.
The conference begins with breakfast at 8:00am at South Congress Hotel. Sessions run from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Following the closing session, we’ll have a happy hour and customer awards celebration in the adjoining courtyard.
Learning from peers was cited as a top interest by Live Wire registrants. And, that’s what we’ll do during the afternoon of December 5! You’ll be part of a group that will have tabletop discussions covering people, process, technology, operations, education, and partnering. Don’t worry - you don’t need to prepare anything.
