In the world of tech startups, product-led growth is a common strategy. Here at CertifID, we’ve been building and operating under a complementary strategy that we believe will catch on: culture-led growth.
Since our earliest days, we’ve focused not only on what we set out to do (protecting our customers’ money from real estate fraud), but also how we do it. In other words, we’ve built the company with culture always at the forefront. We’ve learned from the example of companies who grow rapidly but in so doing lose the culture that made them successful in the first place. We didn’t want that to happen to us.
That’s why we’re so proud to announce that we are certified as a Great Place To Work and that we are an Inc. Best Place to Work. These awards are based entirely on employee feedback and reflect our commitment to cultivating a strong, positive workplace culture where all employees can thrive.
