Step 4: Validate identity with personal details

Your client will enter their personal details to validate their identity. They are asked to use an address that has been their residence for at least 3 months. Once they’ve entered all the required information, they will select ‘Continue’.

On the next screen, your client will be prompted to answer a few questions to further validate their identity.
